Club training field – 169 Van Riggs Road, Hubert, N.C.

from Raleigh:
Get on I-40 east and head toward Wilmington, NC

Get off I-40 at the Magnolia exit 903/24 this is exit number 373

Turn left at the end of the off ramp

Go about five miles and go through two red lights then

merge right onto hwy 24 east at the third red light.

Go thru Beulaville, Richlands and on into Jacksonville.

When you get to Jacksonville you will keep straight heading towards Swansboro and get onto the bypass. The bypass will take you to the other side of town and put you back on 24. Just follow the signs toward Swansboro, you will merge to the right off the bypass and be back on 24. Heading towards Swansboro you will come to a stop light in the middle of nowhere. This is the 172 stop light. You will turn right at this light. Take the first left after you get on 172, this is Starling Road. Once on Starling you will take your next right. This is Sandridge Road. Once on Sandridge you will go around a large curve and then come to a straight section of the road. After the last house on the left, turn left onto Van Riggs Road. You will go down Van Riggs Road and turn left into the training field at 169 Van Riggs Road. There will be a Schutzhund trial sign at the entrance to the training field.

 Swansboro Middle School

Same as above except that you continue  into Swansboro on 24 and you will go thru the first light in Swansboro and you will see the middle school on your left. There is a Burger King on your right at the light and a Food Lion. You can not turn into the parking lot of the school at this light. You have to go up to the next left turn into the school and come around the front of the school and park in the back by the entrance to the stadium and to the left of the gym. There is also additional parking in the front of the school, and as soon as you take the left into the school from 24. The competitors will be parking at the back on the right hand side of the school. We will have folks directing traffic for parking.

Same as above except you will go past the middle school thru Swansboro (and please do the speed limit thru Swansboro and across the bridges in Cape Carteret because they will give you a ticket for speeding) and when you get to the Emerald Isle light make sure you are in your left turning lane because you will be making a left hand turn onto 58 heading towards Stella and Maysville. The Parkerton Inn is a few miles down on the right hand side of the road. We will be leaving the host hotel for the tracking phase of the trial.
