    Paperwork Checklist for Participants:
  • Use this checklist to make sure you have all the required paperwork for the show. Do not forget to bring all of the dog’s original paperwork to the show. 
  •  Within the infield, you should have a canopy that is large enough to hold a six or eight foot table and several chairs for processing paperwork.  A separate table for trophies may be set up if there is enough room.
  •  A podium for the award ceremony and a PA system should be available. Do the award ceremony after each class. It’s best to have the podium set up in the ring infield.  Hand out the show cards and receive back your armbands or chest numbers.

Food and Beverages:
A good lunch will be very well received by the exhibitors and spectators. Assorted beverages should be available at all times especially water during warmer weather.
     
    Puppy Classes:
  •  Proof of dog’s registration paper or notarized copy. USA registration not necessary.
  •  Proof of current USA membership.
  •  Proof of current rabies vaccination.
Youth, Young and Adult Classes:
  •  Proof of dog’s original pedigree or notarized copy.
  •  Proof of dog’s USA registration when owned by a US resident: either original pedigree, notarized copy of original pedigree or letter of pending registration from USA.

General Rules:
  •  Show entrees must be paid for all dogs entered in the show even if the dog is not shown. There will be no refunds.
  •  Dogs must be free of all signs of illness and must have proof of rabies vaccination.
  •  The age of the dog for determining the proper class shall be its age on the day of the show. 
  •  Dogs must be registered with a FCI or a WUSV registry.

    •  All dogs must be tattooed.
  • Dogs 12 months and older must be registered with USA when owned by a resident of the US. Registration application may be processed on day of show.
  •  Dogs entered cannot be barred from progeny registration.
  •  Dogs over 12 months of age will be tested for gun sureness.
  •  Dogs must be shown on a fur-saver type collar only.

    •  Dog owners must be a member of USA when residing in the US. 
  •  Proof of current USA membership when owner resides in the US.
  •  Proof of current rabies vaccination.
Working Classes:
  •  Proof of dog’s original pedigree or notarized copy.
  •  Proof of dog’s USA registration when owned by a US resident: either original pedigree, notarized copy of original pedigree or letter of pending registration from USA.
  •  Proof of breed survey document when breed surveyed by SV or USA Koermeister.
  •  Proof of hip certification when hips are certified. ("a"stamp or OFA).
  •  Proof of USA recognized scorebook with at least SchH1 or HGH under an USA recognized judge. 
  •  Proof of current USA membership when owner resides in US.
  •  Proof of current rabies vaccination.
