Recording Documents:
The show secretary is responsible for filling out one catalog for USA records, two catalogs for the judge and one catalog for the records of the hosting club. Write the awarded rating and placing next to each dog. Dogs that are entered but did not show write N/S (no show) next to the dog. The show secretary and the judge need to sign each page of the catalog. All paperwork needs to be sent to USA with a $4.00 fee for each dog 12 months and older entered in the show.
Note:  A new packet on "How to Host a Breed Show" is being compiled and should be available from the USA office shortly after the publication of this article.  The packet will contain very detailed information of the entire process involved in hosting a show.  It will also contain samples and template files of the required paperwork.
